Refund policy
Shipping
To have The Pack shipped to your address as soon as possible we use a variety of forwarders in Europe such as DHL, GLS and Correos.
National shipping
Customers in The Netherlands can expect to have their product delivered the next business day if the order comes in before 23:59 (on a business day). Orders made after Friday are handled on Monday.
International shipping
The Pack Cycling Company is based in The Netherlands and ships to all of Europe including Scandinavia.
We strive to have The Pack delivered to International customers within one business week, Belgian customers can expect the package to arrive within 1-2 days and for the rest of Europe we estimate 2-4 days. All orders are shipped on the same day if ordered on a business day before 22:00.
In the case of delays we will update you when possible, please don’t hesitate to contact us with questions.
Returns
Our Promise
At The Pack, we design cycling accessories built to last, but we understand that sometimes a product just isn't the right fit. That's why we offer a straightforward, no-hassle return policy backed by a generous 30-day window on unused products.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. No need to explain yourself, if you're not satisfied, we want to make it right.
How Returns Work: Returnless Policy
We keep things simple. You don't need to ship the product back yourself. Instead, submit our return request form, tell us what happened, and we'll process your refund without requiring you to send anything back. We believe your time is valuable and that complicated return processes only get in the way.

Refunds
Once your return request has been approved, you'll receive a full refund, unless specified otherwise, to your original payment method within 14 days. In most cases it arrives sooner. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or develops a defect under normal use, you're covered by our legal warranty — regardless of when the 30-day window ends. Reach out and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Manufacturing defects are always our responsibility.
Exceptions
Products that show clear signs of misuse, physical damage caused by the customer, or modifications not endorsed by The Pack fall outside standard return coverage. If you're in a grey area, contact us anyway — we'll always try to find a fair solution.
